You’ve spent your life building something — a home, savings, a family you’d do anything for. Estate planning is simply making sure all of that goes where you want it to, the way you want it to, without leaving your family to untangle it in a difficult moment.
There’s no one-size-fits-all plan, because there’s no one-size-fits-all family. Some people need a straightforward will. Others need a trust that keeps things private and out of probate. And some are looking ahead to the cost of long-term care. We’ll help you figure out which is actually right for you — not sell you more than you need.

The three ways we help
Will-Based Plan
Starting at $2,500
The foundation. For families who want clear, valid instructions in place: who inherits what, who’s in charge, and who can speak for you if you’re ever unable to speak for yourself.
Includes a Last Will & Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, and Healthcare Power of Attorney/Living Will, plus our guidance naming the executors, guardians, and agents who’ll carry it out.
Best for: younger families, simpler estates, and anyone who needs solid protection in place now.
Revocable Living Trust Plan
Starting at $3,500 single / $4,500 married
For families who want to spare their loved ones the cost, delay, and public record of probate — while keeping full control of everything during their lifetime.
Includes everything in the Will-Based Plan, plus a revocable living trust, a pour-over will, a certificate of trust, funding instructions, and one deed or business-interest assignment to get an asset properly titled into your trust — because a trust only works if it’s actually funded.
For families with more complex estates or tax exposure, advanced tax planning is available as our top-tier trust option.
Best for: homeowners, blended families, anyone who wants privacy and a smoother path for their heirs.
Medicaid Asset Protection Plan
Starting at $7,500
For families worried about losing the home and a lifetime of savings to nursing-home costs. A specialized irrevocable trust built to protect what you’ve earned while planning ahead for long-term care.
This is detailed work, and timing matters. Learn more about Medicaid & nursing-home planning →
Best for: those planning ahead for the real possibility of long-term care.
